V8P vertical milling machine 5 axis cnc milling machine main features:

1. V8P is our new type of high speed CNC machining center based on Taiwan technology, which has more advantages on operation and
2. capabilities compared with like products.
Applied with high rigid C design on structure, it also has been done with reinforcement on machine ribs.
All the contact faces have been scraped manually, which guarantees the durability of accuracy.
X/Y axes apply with two types of rolling guide way: ball bearing and roller guide way, which is optional to customer's requirements.
Z axis applies roller guide way, which enables the machine to be with high rigidity, low noise, and small friction.
Thus the machine can do rapid displacement and obtain circular accuracy.
Equipped with air tank, the water can be drained out manually. Spindle is connected directly, and the highest speed is 12000RPM, which are a good choice for machining of high accuracy and efficiency.

Machine structure:

1. The contact ratio between spindle case and column increased to ensure spindle rigidity.
2. 1100mm wide machine body span and optimum supporting design can meet with fast feed of X and Y axis.
3. Big size of "pyramid" column and with closed inner cavity to ensure low center but high rigidity support of Z axis.

Shoulder carrying tool magazine:

Shoulder carrying tool magazine can ensure Z axis geometric accuracy and perfect stability, rigidity and the minimum deformation when column loaded with tool magazine weight.

Preloaded and double anchored ball screw:

1. Servo motor directly coupled ball screw.
2. All the ball screws, linear guideway, bearings are well lubricated in time and ration.
3. Y/Z axis adopt 45mm linear guideway while X axis adopts 35mm which make the rapid feed speed reach 48/48/32m/min.
4. In order to eliminate thermal growth and increase accuracy, all axes are driven by high precision double anchored ballscrews.

5. Also 5 rank high precision angular contacted bearing installed aside the ball screw and make pre-tension.

Large flow coolant fluid:

1. Labyrinth style cover design to protect machine from scraps and cutting fluid.
2. Standard equipped with inner side flushing system to remove scraps efficiently.
