1. CNC system: standard with Taiwan Syntec system, high stability and high precision. FANUC system is optional.
2. High-precision spindle: built-in electric spindle structure, spindle bearings using imported high-precision angular contact bearings to ensure high rigidity of the spindle and long-lasting precision retention, spindle runout ≤ 2μm.
3. High-performance cast iron: stable structural design, high-quality Meehanna cast iron (meehanite metal) whole bed and drag plate, after aging treatment, strong rigidity.
4. High-precision feeding: servo-driven feeding axes, imported high-precision screw bearings, imported high-precision screw guide, to ensure machining accuracy and long-time precision maintenance, feeding the axes of the repetitive positioning accuracy of ≤ 3μm.
5. Guide structure: no guide, fixed guide or rotary guide cutting mode can be selected to meet diversified processing requirements.
6. Tooling system: adopting cross row linear tool layout structure, smooth chip removal, compact structure and quick tool change. Configuration of radial power tool can meet the complex turning, milling, drilling and other processes of complex machining needs.
7. Lubrication system: all the screws and guide rails are lubricated by centralised lubrication system to ensure the long-term and efficient operation of the machine tool.
8. Automation: through the configuration of automatic feeding machine, it can realise automatic continuous processing.
